Salary: USD 191,000 - 253,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. This role is part of a shared software engineering pipeline for teams building Anduril's core systems: CorpTech Platform, ArsenalOS, and CorporateOS. You will be hired into the pipeline and placed where your strengths fit best.
CorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems, investing in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure. It builds the foundation for ArsenalOS (the digital backbone and operational OS for the factory floor, enabling high-rate production of Roadrunner, Fury, and other Anduril products) and CorporateOS (supporting finance and accounting teams with enterprise systems).
Anduril is also driving toward becoming an autonomous enterprise through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle.
In this role, you will own and deliver features for systems such as Forge, Anduril's production platform. You'll level up the team's applications through quality code contribution and writing tests, leverage frontier AI tooling for development, and contribute to local AI harnesses. You'll partner with the factory floor to enable high-rate build of products, join an on-call rotation for software support of the production floor or equivalent applications, and collaborate cross-functionally with systems architecture, software product and design, factory systems, and production digital tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in a software engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Deep expertise in one or more portions of full-stack web development (backend, frontend, or integration)
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree
- Experience working with large enterprise applications and platforms with high availability requirements
- Proficiency with web-based technologies such as Javascript, React, Typescript, and web frameworks such as React or NextJS
- US Citizenship required (position needs to access export controlled data)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in hyper-growth startup-like environments with demonstrated successes in scaling and maturing software development processes
- Understanding of three-letter acronyms such as ERP, MES, WMS, CRM
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret/TS clearance
- Experience in manufacturing industries with hands-on experience on assembly lines
- Experience in financial operations or accounting
