Hoxhunt is building AI-driven cybersecurity tools that detect and stop real threats to enterprise users. You will own end-to-end delivery of key features for a new threat detection product experiencing strong market demand. This role sits at the intersection of backend infrastructure and user-facing product, requiring you to build detection systems for emerging cyber attack patterns, handle large-scale data processing, and create intuitive user experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Own feature delivery across the full technology stack: detection algorithms, backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
- Improve system reliability and architecture through coordinated execution and technical decision-making
- Drive and mentor the team through technical leadership, unblocking peers and leading code reviews on complex challenges
- Contribute to team processes and practices that enable scaling

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of industry experience (depth of work matters more than tenure)
- Proven track record leading complex technical projects from end to finish
- Strong product mindset: ability to turn ambiguous problems into user-focused requirements and value generation
- Deep, hands-on experience with TypeScript and React
- Experience building backend services and APIs (tech stack: Node.js, MongoDB)
- Solid understanding of the web platform
- Ability to mentor and lead through technical excellence
