Salary: CAD 186,838 - 334,740 / annual

Braze is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to join the Data Lakehouse team in Toronto. The Data Lakehouse team provides foundational infrastructure and tools that enable teams across the company to store, query, and analyze data at petabyte scale. This includes managing tens of billions of rows inserted daily across data platforms like Snowflake, ClickHouse, and Databricks, with data shared internally and with external customers. You will work on full-stack development with a primary focus on backend systems, owning features end-to-end and regularly delivering front-end experiences. The role involves building scalable web applications, automated data pipelines, asynchronous processing systems, and ETL applications. You will drive architectural decisions, contribute to technical strategy, and work as a technical leader within the team.
