As a Senior Software Engineer on the gamified learning product team, you will own full-stack development of the core learning platform that makes cybersecurity training engaging and effective. Your responsibilities include:
- Building and delivering scalable, highly reliable features across front-end and back-end for the learning platform
- Developing diverse content formats (quizzes, mini-games, interactive layouts) and custom themes
- Taking active ownership of courses, user learning paths, and agentic workflows from concept through finalization
- Driving performance improvements and making critical architectural decisions to ensure system reliability for high-volume global users
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship to uplift the team and develop team practices
Success looks like becoming highly productive in the tech stack within three months, shipping new features and contributing to core product roadmap planning. By month six, you will confidently lead significant end-to-end technical projects, making visible impact on quality and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least a decade of software engineering experience, clearly established as senior
- Deep expertise in full-stack development using Node.js, React, and TypeScript
- Bonus: hands-on experience with GraphQL and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Strong product mindset with passion for creating high-quality products that drive real user value
- Proven experience as an end-to-end project lead, breaking down execution plans and effectively mentoring other developers
- Ability to navigate broad accountability, switch contexts easily, and solve complex scalability challenges for massive global user base
- AI-Native Mindset (Critical Requirement): Already using AI tools professionally in current role or hobby projects; demonstrates desire to stay ahead of organizational learning curve
