As a Senior Software Engineer on the frontend team, you will architect and develop foundational design kits, component libraries, and frameworks that enable high-quality user experiences across UiPath's product ecosystem. You'll work on a core engineering team focused on building high-impact, scalable products with robust infrastructure and strong collaboration across globally distributed teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architect and develop design systems, component libraries, and frameworks for UiPath's product ecosystem
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to define building blocks, guidelines, and best practices
- Advocate for design system best practices to ensure consistency, usability, and efficiency
- Drive innovation by bringing fresh ideas and defining next-generation interfaces for automation experiences
- Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes informed by user research and data
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies
- Continuously improve engineering practices to enhance quality, velocity, and team productivity
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence
- Help attract and hire top engineering talent
Requirements:
- 6+ years of fullstack software development experience with strong engineering fundamentals
- Expertise in one or more modern frontend frameworks such as React
- Expertise in one or more programming languages: C#, Rust, Java, or Go
- Experience with modern software engineering practices including Agile development, CI/CD, DevOps, and Coding Agents
- Familiarity with microservices architecture, API development, and distributed systems
- Experience with distributed telemetry patterns
- Deep understanding of multithreading, synchronization, asynchronous programming, and cloud computing
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with AI/ML development and AI coding tools
- Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and services such as AKS or GKE
- Expertise with modern UI/UX patterns and best practices
