Bentley Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join its collaborative engineering team in Vilnius or Kaunas, Lithuania. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern C++, building and enhancing cloud-connected services integrated with Bentley's infrastructure platform. The role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver impactful features used by thousands of professionals worldwide.
Key responsibilities include designing and developing production-grade C++ applications, building cloud-connected services, participating in technical design discussions and architecture decisions, writing clean and well-tested code with a focus on quality, working within Agile/CI-CD environments, investigating complex technical challenges, contributing to code reviews, and staying current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience using C++
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture
- Experience building and maintaining production-grade applications
- Familiarity with Visual Studio and Visual Studio Code
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
