You will own features end-to-end on a platform serving thousands of businesses daily. This includes design conversations, architecture influence, production deployment, and cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams. You'll also mentor teammates, review code, and help raise the collective technical ceiling.
The role emphasizes shipping velocity and product thinking over technology choices. You'll use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot) as genuine force multipliers to move faster. The tech stack includes Elixir/Phoenix backend, React frontend, and PostgreSQL, though stack flexibility is valued.

**Requirements:**
- 7+ years building and shipping production systems across full stack
- Track record of owning problems end-to-end, not just executing tickets
- Strong instincts across backend logic, database design, and frontend UX
- Fluency with relational databases and search fundamentals
- Hands-on daily use of AI coding tools with demonstrated productivity gains
**Nice to have:**
- Experience at fast-moving startups or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with distributed systems (queues, event-driven architecture, horizontal scaling)
- Exposure to Elixir/Phoenix, React, or PostgreSQL
- Genuine interest in helping teammates grow
