In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will work in a fast-paced environment building innovative AI-powered products and intelligent agents using cutting-edge GenAI technologies. You'll leverage platforms like AWS Bedrock and Hugging Face, working with models such as Claude and Llama. The role emphasizes working with modern AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor) and cloud-based solutions to solve complex business problems.
You will be a full-stack engineer responsible for designing and simplifying complex systems, working autonomously to own problems and deliver production-quality solutions. A key aspect of this role is mentoring junior and mid-level engineers while collaborating across engineering, product, sales, and leadership teams. You'll take pride in delivering projects involving diverse technologies and systems, holding yourself and others to high-quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of deep experience developing multi-layer systems using C#.NET or Java, preferably in a SaaS environment
- 1+ years of practical experience with React
- Experience working with serverless architectures and frameworks
- Practical experience with cloud development (AWS or Azure)
- Successfully delivered projects to production environments
- Strong Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration experience
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Degree or Diploma in Computing or related qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to mentor junior and mid-level engineers
