As a Senior Software Engineer (Java Full Stack), you will join the Digital Banking team to design and build features that improve customer experience. You will own services end-to-end, collaborating closely with product managers and designers to create intuitive, impactful solutions. Your responsibilities include:
• Implement features and deliver production-ready code in a fast-paced Agile environment
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain software solutions using Java and modern frameworks
• Create technical documentation, system diagrams, and debugging reports
• Conduct performance optimizations and monitor key metrics
• Participate in agile planning events, providing technical insights and feasibility analysis
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Offer input on technology enhancements and product gaps to inform roadmap decisions
• Write clean, scalable code aligned with best practices and engineering standards
• Conduct peer code reviews for quality and knowledge sharing
• Monitor delivery metrics such as lead time and deployment frequency
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry practices

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent proven work experience
• 9+ years of experience developing and designing software applications using Java
• Expert understanding of core computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, concurrent programming
• Expert in OOAD and design principles; microservices architecture using JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, NestJS, Spring WebFlux, Hibernate
• Expert in analyzing, designing, implementing, and troubleshooting software solutions for highly transactional systems
• Proficiency with Oracle, PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases
• Experience with Git, IntelliJ IDEA, Maven
• ReactJS experience
• Native & Hybrid Cloud environment experience
• Container management: Docker and Kubernetes on any cloud platform
• Agile development methodology and Scrum
• Apigee API Gateway experience
• Continuous integration systems: Jenkins or GitLab CI
• SAFe methodologies
• Deep knowledge of secure solution design
• Multi-threaded backend environments with concurrent users
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze user and business requirements to create technical design and software architecture
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Champion of Agile Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• CI/CD systems expertise (Jenkins, GitHub CI)
• Test-driven development frameworks or automated testing tools for mobile
• Cross-functional DevOps and CI/CD implementation experience
• Exposure to AI IDEs (Cursor, GitHub Copilot)
