Salary: INR 2,139,184 - 2,894,190 / annual
Vena Solutions is seeking a Senior Software Developer to help expand its sophisticated SaaS cloud technology platform. This is an in-office role based in Pune, India, for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the area.
In this role, you will write code and ship innovative product features for a passionate user base. You'll perform code reviews to continuously improve your team's code quality and productivity, and provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. You'll coach developers on work prioritization and work-related challenges, acting as an effective information channel between your team and the broader organization. You'll advocate for and execute development initiatives, best practices, and coding standards. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, predominantly working on backend systems (70%) with exposure to frontend development (30%)
- Good understanding of algorithms and computational complexity
- Experience writing software on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or equivalent cloud environments
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline and/or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in scrum/lean/agile environments
- Self-motivated and self-directed work style
- Excitement about working on interesting technology with friendly and enthusiastic developers
- Experience coaching and mentoring, with a desire to help others grow in their professional abilities
