7AI is a foundational AI security company founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders Lior Div and Yonatan Striem-Amit. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will define security workflows and incident response strategies for the platform. An AI agent is only as effective as the incident response strategy behind it, and this role owns the design, testing, and validation of those workflows against real-world attack scenarios before customers rely on them.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and refine security workflows and incident response strategies
- Design and implement advanced security use cases
- Build and automate simulations of complex attack scenarios and environments
- Research security incidents and translate findings into improvements for AI agents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the platform
- Work directly with customers to understand their needs and validate solutions

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in security roles (SOC, Blue Team, or Incident Response)
- Experience with Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) platforms
- Experience automating tasks and coding in Python or similar languages
- Broad knowledge of and genuine interest in security across multiple domains
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have: Cloud security experience.
