The AI team is driving a Digital Business Partner vision by leveraging AI across all platform areas. We are seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to shape the future of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) through modern AI capabilities.
In this role, you will be a key technical contributor to Jedox's AI/ML services, acting as a proactive leader across architecture, design, development, and maintenance of robust AI/ML services. You will independently solve complex problems, manage workload prioritization, and consistently deliver high-quality results. You will design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable AI services throughout the full software lifecycle while ensuring compliance. You will define and manage cost-effective LLM solutions, collaborating cross-functionally on automation and observability. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet user needs through clear communication and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, stay current with AI/ML trends, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with passion and relevant background in AI/ML, LLMs, SLMs, etc.
- Proven ability to design and implement production-ready, robust, and observable AI and ML solutions and integrate them into product platforms
- Proficient Python Developer with extensive experience developing AI and ML solutions in fields such as time-series forecasting, NLP, regression, and classification
- Extensive experience with WSGI and ASGI Python frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI) in production environments
- Advanced proficiency in CI/CD and toolchains
- Proficiency working in agile environments
