Semble is a healthcare software company on a mission to enable health professionals to amplify their impact through powerful, innovative clinical systems used by thousands of clinicians. You'll join as Senior Product Operations Manager, reporting to the Head of Product, to build the operational backbone of the product organization. In this hands-on, builder role, you'll own the systems and cadences that keep Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-market teams aligned. Key responsibilities include: - Establish operating cadence: Build and run rhythms that keep the product org aligned and moving fast, along with processes and tools that enable quicker, better-informed decisions. - Track OKRs and measure impact and outcomes effectively. - Transform data into actionable insights: Build frameworks for capturing, organizing, and centralizing user feedback, including early access and beta releases. Partner with Data Analytics to build dashboards on product and customer health, and synthesize feedback, usage data, and support trends into clear opportunities that inform roadmap prioritization. - Own release operations: Enable teams and AI agents to continuously ship value to customers while meeting compliance, security, and regulatory standards. - Close operational gaps at scale: Identify bottlenecks across the product development lifecycle and lead initiatives to simplify, standardize, or automate them. Build checklists, playbooks, and self-serve resources that support product teams from ideation through post-launch. - Champion AI adoption: Stay current on emerging AI tools and agent capabilities; design, pilot, and roll out AI-powered workflows and automations that measurably improve how the product team works. You'll work closely with the R&D and Applied AI teams in a highly collaborative environment, treating the operating model as an internal product and being accountable for its impact. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–7 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, product management, or strategy/consulting; ideally at a fast-growing technology or AI company. - Proven track record building, scaling, or meaningfully shaping a Product Operations framework that increased team impact (not just operating within an existing one). - Systems thinker with demonstrated ability to design and scale operational systems, launch processes, planning cadences, or feedback frameworks in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. - Hands-on experience building, deploying, or extensively using AI agents, automations, or AI-powered workflows in a professional setting. - Strong data literacy; comfortable translating data into dashboards and decisions. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior and executive stakeholders. - Nice-to-have: Experience in HealthTech or healthcare industry. - Nice-to-have: Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare in the UK and/or France. - Nice-to-have: Proficiency in French language.
