Workable is a fast-growing recruiting software platform used by over 20,000 teams globally to find and hire great people. The company is expanding and seeking a Senior Product Manager to design, build, and roll out products that advance Workable's vision and strategy.
In this role, you will own the full product lifecycle: understanding user needs and gathering feature requests to inform the product roadmap, describing user experience and product features, collecting and analyzing data to validate goals, and collaborating closely with the development team. You'll track project progress, test and accept delivered features according to user stories, and coordinate product release launches. You'll also translate user feedback and research findings into strategic recommendations for executive leadership and work with key external partnerships to enhance product value.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management
- Track record of managing products through the full lifecycle
- Solid technical foundation with understanding of software development and web technologies; ability to work effectively with software development teams
- Experience in Agile product development environments and managing product integrations
- Experience using AI tools
- Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting recommendations to executive leadership
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
