Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance that brings together workforce systems (payroll, expenses, benefits, computers, etc.) into a single system. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors and is headquartered in San Francisco.
The UI Platform team develops modular components and frameworks used across all Rippling products on web and mobile clients, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience while enabling product teams to leverage existing components rather than building from scratch.
In this role, you will own a suite of Rippling platform products that meet the evolving needs of Rippling applications and their customers. You will be responsible for the core Rippling experience—from the homepage users see when logging in to how they navigate different product sections—ensuring that admins, managers, and employees see value quickly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning a suite of platform products that meet the evolving needs of Rippling applications and customers
- Uncovering product opportunities for the platform to deliver exceptional value to internal applications
- Rolling up your sleeves to dig into technical details while obsessing over simple, intuitive customer experience
- Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to design an extensible system that meets evolving needs
Requirements:
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience working on platform features used by other products/developers
- Obsessed with providing elegant user experience with attention to detail and bias toward simplicity
- Strong ability to motivate others and drive cross-team execution
- Alignment with leadership principles: pushing limits of possible, challenging each other directly, going and seeing
