Delinea is a cloud-native Identity Security Platform that uses AI-powered intelligence to govern human and machine identities across modern enterprises. The company secures identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, enabling organizations to discover all identities, assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. As Senior Product Manager for Authorization & Privileged Access, you will own the product strategy for authorization and privileged access management—determining who gets access to which resources, under what conditions, and with what oversight. You'll shape how Delinea helps organizations secure identities while reducing identity-based risk, enforcing least privilege, and proving compliance. Key responsibilities include: - Engage directly with customers (security architects, CISOs, IAM administrators, auditors) to understand authorization and identity security challenges and validate solutions that reduce risk without impeding business operations. - Define and communicate a product vision for authorization aligned with evolving threat landscapes and the growth of machine and non-human identities. - Drive capabilities for fine-grained, context-aware authorization, including attribute-based and policy-based access models. - Strengthen least privilege, zero trust, and just-in-time access, along with approval workflows, visibility, and audit evidence. - Partner closely with engineering, design, architecture, and GTM teams from problem definition through launch. - Track emerging trends in authorization, privileged access management, and regulatory requirements to inform roadmap decisions. Travel expectation: up to 10%. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or similar field (preferred). - 5+ years of customer-facing product management experience, ideally in identity security, authorization, privileged access management (PAM), or cybersecurity. - Strong understanding of core identity security and authorization concepts: least privilege, zero trust, separation of duties, RBAC/ABAC/PBAC. - Familiarity with externalized authorization and policy-based access control approaches (e.g., OPA, Cedar) is highly desirable. - Working knowledge of public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their authorization and access challenges. - Track record of successfully bringing security products or capabilities to market and driving customer adoption. - Experience with workflow automation or orchestration concepts is a plus. - Experience with API-first design and enterprise integrations is a plus. - Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications are a plus. - Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with a curious attitude and desire to collaborate with engineers, designers, and other Product Managers.
