ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Product Design team in Hyderabad. This role is part of a team dedicated to creating world-class product experiences that transform how people work globally. The design function has an intentional seat at the table at ServiceNow, with close collaboration between design, engineering, and product management from the outset.
In this role, you will develop innovative design solutions and user experiences from concept to delivery, grounded in deep understanding of user needs and design principles. You will drive user-centered design across the complete product development lifecycle, working within cross-functional teams to champion design approaches, reconcile stakeholder feedback, and contribute in a collaborative environment. There is also opportunity to develop leadership skills through coaching and mentoring other team members.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5–8 years of relevant design experience
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions based on human-centered design and research data
- Strong experience with design tools to create comprehensive high-fidelity design solutions and specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility within a larger system or product
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web, or agency)
- Growth mindset and ability to strengthen core skills through complex assignments and varied experience
- Ability to build trusting relationships through clear and open communication
- Preferred: Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
