Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform serving 80+ million users across 200+ countries, is seeking a Senior Product Design Specialist to lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products. This role combines strong design execution with deep user research expertise, covering the full product loop from problem identification to solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products across Web and mobile platforms, ensuring high-quality delivery
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to uncover user behaviors and needs
- Translate research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations that shape product direction
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance business objectives with user experience goals
The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional capable of independently producing design solutions while maintaining strong product thinking and interaction design mindset. You'll work in a high-performance, fast-moving environment where talent is empowered to drive real impact at global scale.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or UX-related fields (overseas study experience preferred)
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (Chinese & English), able to distill complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proficient in Figma, AI, and mainstream research & analytics tools
- Strong product thinking and interaction design mindset; able to understand business context and independently produce design solutions
- Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 preferred
- Experience in growth design or AI-related design is a plus
Nice to Have:
- Research or design experience with crypto/trading products
- Portfolio demonstrating how research insights drove design outcomes
