Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry. The company recently secured $80M in growth funding from KKR at a $1B valuation (unicorn status) and is already profitable. With 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses using the platform across 120 countries and 1.5+ billion appointments booked, Fresha operates at global scale with offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
You will join as Senior Product Analyst, Growth, reporting to the Head of Analytics. This is a senior individual contributor role with clear progression opportunities toward Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager as your scope grows. You'll work four days in office (The Bower, Old Street, London) with Wednesdays remote.
You will be instrumental in driving product and growth decisions across Fresha's two distinct surfaces: a B2C marketplace/app used by millions of consumers, and a B2B software platform used by beauty and wellness business partners. You'll own the instrumentation, measurement, and analytics foundation that enables the entire Growth pod to make data-driven decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own instrumentation and measurement of critical user flows (sign-up, booking, cancellation, partner workflows) across both B2C and B2B platforms
- Build marketplace and consumer analytics, including segmentation strategies and predictive models to grow consumer value
- Drive understanding of product performance and traffic—where it comes from, conversion patterns, and user engagement across paid and organic channels
- Own tracking implementation (tagging, event taxonomy, attribution) to ensure trustworthy traffic and conversion analysis
- Develop multi-touch attribution modeling and run incrementality tests to validate causal marketing effects
- Design and run experiments end-to-end (hypothesis, build, statistically rigorous analysis) across both product surfaces
- Implement privacy-first tracking strategies using server-side tracking and conversion APIs
- Own marketplace KPI reporting as a single trusted source for supply and demand metrics
- Write production-grade SQL and Python; contribute analytics logic to dbt models via GitHub
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar) as part of standard workflow
- Collaborate broadly across Product, Engineering, and Growth to align on priorities and create lasting solutions
- Proactively flag tracking and data quality risks before they undermine decisions
- As scope grows, mentor junior analysts and set standards for the team
Fresha's analytics function operates around three core principles: understand what's really happening (not just report requested numbers), partner with the business rather than serve it, and raise important issues proactively.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–8 years' experience collaborating with product teams and implementing analytics strategies, ideally spanning both consumer and B2B products
- Deep knowledge of event collection and instrumentation with hands-on experience in Amplitude or similar product analytics platform
- Strong SQL and Python skills used daily for analysis, with hands-on experience contributing to dbt models and working in GitHub-based workflows
- Practical experience with multi-touch attribution models, including understanding of limitations; ideally some exposure to incrementality testing or causal inference methods
- Comfortable running and analyzing experiments in a statistically rigorous way
- Fluent use of AI agents (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to support analytical workflows
- Track record of turning analysis into decisions—specific product or marketing outcomes shaped, not just dashboards built
BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in B2B SaaS or consumer marketplaces (ideally both)
- Deep GTM setup and marketing conversion signals experience, including server-side GTM and conversion API integrations
- Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) as complement to attribution
- Experience building predictive or propensity models adopted into team workflows
- Experience mentoring junior analysts or setting standards others follow
- Experience in small teams and startup environments
