Celonis is seeking a Senior Process Intelligence & Supply Chain Transformation Consultant (internal title: Senior Value Engineer) based in Munich to serve as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve strategic goals and realize significant value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform.
You will own the end-to-end value journey for customers—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing. Working in partnership with Celonis Sales Teams and Services, you will translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects, build business cases and demos, run value workshops, and engage with senior stakeholders to deliver measurable results and secure long-term partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
**Identify & Frame Value:** Discover and translate strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices. Undertake value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives.
**Realize Value:** Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives.
**Scale Value:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform. Drive adoption and expansion across customer organizations. Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.
You will blend deep process and industry expertise with proven consulting and strong analytical skills, working at one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.
**Requirements:**
- Native-level German proficiency (written and spoken) required; ability to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German
- Experience in an analytical role demonstrating value through business data analysis, business process improvement, and software deployment—ideally in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software/SaaS provider or consultancy; alternatively in an in-house role (e.g., Center of Excellence for Data Mining/Analytics/Intelligence) within an enterprise
- Good knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP); experience implementing RPA and/or BI tools, building dashboards, apps, and action flows
- Knowledge of Python and/or SQL; experience collaborating with IT teams
- Experience identifying use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures; proven ability as a change agent training users and process owners
- Project management experience planning and managing scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple accounts at different value journey stages
- Executive stakeholder management experience; ability to prepare and communicate value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders; excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domain and strategic transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services Transformation, System Transformation)
- Ideally, expertise in Aviation/Logistics/Transportation with ability to develop deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities
- Degree in Technology & Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or comparable program
