- Contributing to incident response and post-incident learning processes
- Working with Pulumi on primarily Azure infrastructure, with additional AI deployments on AWS and GCP
You will operate in a fast-paced environment where ownership matters more than titles, outcomes drive decisions, and direct feedback is valued. The culture emphasizes mission before ego, with everyone contributing and no one coasting.
Requirements:
- Years of experience as a backend engineer with solid infrastructure, observability, and monitoring expertise
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Pulumi (preferred) or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform
- Ability to "get stuff done" and understand that building a high-growth company requires hard work and long hours

- Thrives in fast-paced environments where answers aren't always clear and processes are minimal
