As a Senior Platform Engineer on the Platform Team, you will join an enabling team focused on making life easier for developers across the organization. Your mission is to improve reliability, boost performance, and build a rock-solid platform that scales with the company's growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Build core infrastructure and reliability abstractions used by all engineering teams
- Work with teams to structure their SRE efforts, including observability, alerting, fault tolerance, and reliability practices
- Proactively monitor infrastructure and develop it for hyperscale and reliability
- Contribute to incident response and post-incident learning processes
- Work with Pulumi on Azure infrastructure, as well as AI deployments on AWS and GCP
You will work hands-on across infrastructure and backend systems, helping teams ship faster, safer, and smarter. The role requires someone who gets things done, proactively solves burning problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where answers aren't always clear and processes are minimal.
Requirements:
- Years of experience as a backend engineer with solid infrastructure, observability, and monitoring expertise
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Pulumi (preferred) or similar Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as AWS CDK or Terraform
- Ability to work independently and proactively identify and solve critical problems
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and minimal process overhead
