As Senior People Partner for the APAC region, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to business leaders across multiple countries in the region. This is a highly visible role requiring you to work with stakeholders at all levels—from people managers to senior executives—to solve complex business challenges through people-focused solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with business leaders across APAC to align people strategy with business objectives
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders from managers through senior leadership
- Coach and advise leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, performance and employee engagement
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends, provide insights and recommend actions that improve business performance
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives across the region
- Partner on organisational design and transformation projects to position the business for future growth
- Champion a high-performance culture through initiatives strengthening engagement, performance and development
- Support business transformation and organisational change programmes
- Partner with the global People team to ensure consistent employee experience while adapting solutions for regional needs
- Provide expert guidance across the employee lifecycle for diverse APAC markets
- Contribute ideas to shape the future of the People function
You will balance strategic business partnering with hands-on delivery, leading initiatives across talent management, organisational design, performance, engagement and change. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Based in the Singapore office, this is a hybrid role with in-office collaboration Tuesday to Thursday. You'll primarily work Singapore business hours while partnering with colleagues globally, with occasional flexibility for cross-timezone meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Significant experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role
- Experience supporting leaders across the APAC region
- Strong stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence, coach and constructively challenge senior leaders
- Experience partnering with geographically distributed teams
- Demonstrated experience leading people initiatives across talent, organisational change, performance and engagement
- Confidence using people data and analytics to generate insight and inform business decisions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with ability to present recommendations to senior leadership
- Excellent written and spoken English
