Salary: USD 170,000 - 210,000 / annual

As Senior Order to Cash Operations Manager, you will own and scale the end-to-end OTC function for Zip's recurring subscription and consumption revenue models. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role with direct exposure to Finance, Sales, Deal Desk, Product, and Engineering leadership. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the complete order-to-cash lifecycle from order creation through invoicing, collections, and cash application - Driving customer collections by overseeing dunning processes, monitoring AR aging, and conducting direct outreach on past-due accounts - Leading new billing and revenue system implementations with cross-functional alignment - Identifying and deploying automation and AI-based workflows to reduce cycle times in invoicing and collections - Collaborating with GTM, Deal Desk, and Product on new SKU launches and billing system readiness - Managing month-end close for bookings and billings in coordination with Deal Strategy and Operations - Partnering with Engineering and Product to ensure accurate usage data capture and reporting - Monitoring collections strategies, cash flow optimization, and bad debt exposure - Serving as primary contact for AR and billing external audit matters - Developing documentation, playbooks, and SOPs for the OTC function You will be a hands-on executor who prefers building over maintaining, comfortable designing and deploying automation and AI tools to support revenue growth. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA is a plus) - 8+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, revenue accounting, or order-to-cash, including time at a high-growth technology company - Experience managing hybrid revenue models (recurring subscription + consumption) - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reconciliation and data analysis - Familiarity with Snowflake queries for data retrieval and analysis (SQL proficiency is a plus) - Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders - Working knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition principles and application to billing - Experience building AI-driven workflows involving multiple data sources and/or system integration points - Comfortable performing detailed, hands-on operational work while owning strategic initiatives - Track record of building or overhauling finance processes and systems with sound judgment on prioritization - Familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, and modern billing and collections tooling
