Salary: USD 116,025 - 143,325 / annual

Bevi is transforming beverage delivery and consumption through connected IoT-enabled beverage machines that eliminate single-use bottles and cans. The company has raised over $160M in venture capital, serves thousands of customers across the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland, and has saved over 1 billion bottles from waste. Bevi is heavily investing in new product development and seeking a Senior NPI Quality Engineer to join the manufacturing and quality team. Reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering, you will be responsible for measuring, improving, and maintaining the quality of Bevi's products. You will work closely with NPI and sustaining engineering teams to identify and prioritize improvement targets while embracing Bevi's core values of learning, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and driving issues to completion. Key responsibilities include: - Lead quality team in product development activities and design reviews, embedding quality requirements and reliability standards into product design - Serve as lead subject matter expert for Customer Care and Field Service teams to triage and resolve quality issues impacting end-customers - Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework to drive proactive quality approaches and minimize reactive risks - Lead implementation of key quality processes including CTQs, PFMEAs, quality control plans, MSA/GR&R, FAI, and Ok2Ship - Ensure excellent manufacturing quality through tight process controls, preventive measures, and timely corrective action implementation - Lead quality initiatives with Supply Chain team to establish formal supplier qualification processes - Act as technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure full understanding and compliance - Facilitate and lead cross-functional Root Cause Analysis for failures in manufacturing or at end-customer sites - Generate, publish, and present quality KPIs and operational metrics to executive leadership - Maintain supplier quality data collection activities and run periodic reports to initiate supplier improvement programs Requirements: - 5-7 years minimum work experience as a Quality Engineer, or 2-3 years at Senior QE level, with NPI experience preferred - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering - Demonstrated capacity to lead with tenacity and grace while acting as culture carrier during growth and challenge - Strong communicator able to facilitate discussion and present data across all organizational levels - Strong analytical and technical skills to interpret specifications and drawings, perform problem-solving, and analyze data - Very strong background in APQP, statistical tools, PFMEAs, quality control plans, PPAP, and root cause problem-solving frameworks such as 8D - Experience leading process improvement teams and managing major projects - Experience using SPC tools with deep understanding of how to apply them to measure process reliability and repeatability within supply chain - Experience in commercial appliance industry with knowledge of NSF and UL standards is a plus - ASQ certifications such as CQE and CQA are a plus - Ability to work in office 4-5 days per week - Must be able to travel up to 20%, primarily domestic with occasional international travel
