Fresha is an AI-powered operating system for the global beauty and wellness industry. Recently achieving unicorn status with $1B valuation following an $80M investment from KKR in May 2026, Fresha operates at global scale across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. The platform is trusted by 130,000+ beauty and wellness businesses across 120 countries, with 1.5+ billion appointments booked to date. You will join as Senior Marketing Analyst, Growth, reporting to the Head of Analytics. This is a senior individual contributor role with clear progression opportunities toward Principal Analyst or Analytics Manager as your scope expands. Fresha operates two distinct products: a B2C marketplace and app used by millions of consumers, and a B2B software platform for business partners. You will own campaign performance and CRM/lifecycle strategy across both surfaces, turning consumer and partner segments into targeted, effective marketing as investment scales significantly. Key Responsibilities: - Own marketing performance analytics across paid search, paid social, SEO, and organic channels for both B2B and B2C, including campaign-level efficiency and budget allocation - Own CRM and lifecycle strategy—messaging, win-back campaigns, and experiments that improve consumer and partner stickiness - Design and run marketing experiments (messaging, creative, lifecycle tests) with statistically rigorous read-outs - Develop and apply attribution modelling, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM) to guide channel and budget decisions - Deliver regular trade and performance reporting that turns campaign data into decision-useful insight - Own budget and target tracking as marketing investment scales, flagging efficiency risks proactively - Support automation of campaign quality control, catching inefficiencies faster than manual review - Write production-grade SQL and Python; contribute analytics logic into dbt models via GitHub - Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or similar) as a normal part of workflow - Collaborate broadly across Performance Marketing, Brand, Product Growth, CRM, and Analytics teams - Partner with stakeholders to shape questions, not just answer them - Mentor and set standards as scope grows The role operates under three core principles: understand what's really going on (not just report requested numbers); partner with the business rather than simply serve it; and raise what matters before being asked. Requirements: - 4–8 years in a senior analyst role spanning marketing, CRM, or lifecycle analytics, ideally in a marketplace, subscription, or platform business - Strong SQL and Python skills used daily for analysis, with hands-on experience contributing to dbt models and working in GitHub-based workflows - Experience with SEO and performance marketing (paid search, paid social) and campaign performance analysis - Experience with CRM platforms (Fresha uses HubSpot) and designing or evaluating lifecycle/triggered messaging - Practical experience with attribution, incrementality testing, and Media Mix Modelling (MMM)—using these to inform decisions, not just report on them - Comfortable designing and reading out experiments in a statistically rigorous way - Track record of connecting marketing activity to commercial outcomes, not just channel-level reporting - Fluent use of AI agents (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to support analytical workflows Bonus: - Worked in B2B SaaS or consumer marketplaces (ideally both) - Exposure to product analytics (e.g. Amplitude or similar) - Experience mentoring junior analysts or setting standards others follow - Experience working in small teams and startup environments
