Parsley Health is rebuilding primary care around root-cause, whole-person medicine. The company operates a mostly virtual medical practice with care available nationwide, combining board-certified clinicians, health coaches, advanced testing, and a care platform. You will serve as Senior Manager, Revenue Operations & Analytics, owning the full revenue engine across marketing, sales, member engagement, clinician capacity, billing, and collections. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to Finance with a strong dotted-line partnership to the CTO. Key responsibilities include: - Connecting performance across all revenue-generating functions to give leadership a clear view of where revenue is growing, slowing, or leaking - Investigating business questions, identifying root causes, and recommending changes to processes, forecasts, assumptions, or decisions - Reconciling conflicting data stories across Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Member Experience, and Finance teams - Partnering with Finance and functional leaders on forecasts for revenue, membership, conversion, capacity, visits, retention, and collections - Maintaining and improving dashboards and recurring reporting; establishing metric definitions and sources of truth - Connecting growth analytics across acquisition, lead quality, conversion, activation, engagement, retention, and revenue - Understanding how clinician capacity, utilization, visits, payer performance, billing, denials, and collections interact with the broader business - Owning recurring analytical work such as commissions, KPI reporting, and ad hoc cross-functional analysis - Using SQL and BI tools to investigate questions, validate assumptions, identify data quality issues, and resolve discrepancies Success within the first year means leadership has a clearer, more trusted view of revenue performance; material risks and opportunities surface earlier with clear recommendations; teams spend less time reconciling conflicting numbers; and revenue forecasts better reflect operational reality across all functions. The role is remote by default with a preference for Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates in the NYC area will have opportunities to collaborate in person at the Manhattan headquarters. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, business operations, revenue strategy, analytics, business intelligence, or related role - Experience owning cross-functional business problems, not just producing analysis or reporting - Experience using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automation, or operational workflows - Strong SQL skills and ability to independently investigate complex datasets - Experience with revenue forecasting, funnel analysis, operational metrics, or business performance analytics - Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and drive toward decisions or resolutions - Experience defining business metrics and creating consistent sources of truth across teams - Comfort with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar - Understanding of data pipelines and modern analytics infrastructure to investigate quality issues and work with technical partners - Strong communication skills and comfort challenging assumptions with senior leaders - Strong judgment and curiosity; ability to identify when the initial question is not the actual business need - Comfort operating independently in a small, fast-moving company Nice to have: experience in high-growth venture-backed tech; healthcare or regulated environments; revenue cycle management, healthcare billing, or EMR data; subscription, consumer, marketplace, or recurring revenue models; Python or other analytical scripting languages. Analytics environment includes Metabase, Fivetran, SQL, Python, GCP, Airflow, Dataform/dbt, and BigQuery.
