Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers at massive scale. As Senior Manager of FP&A, you will lead the entire financial planning and analysis function for one of the fastest-moving companies in AI infrastructure.
You will own Fluidstack's annual operating plan, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range financial modeling across all business units and geographies. You will build and lead a world-class FP&A team from the ground up, establishing the infrastructure, cadence, and culture of financial rigor needed to scale. You will partner deeply with the executive leadership team to develop and pressure-test strategic financial scenarios, capital allocation decisions, and growth investments.
Key responsibilities include driving board and investor reporting by translating complex operational data into clear financial narratives; embedding FP&A as a true business partner across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance; leading IPO readiness efforts from an FP&A perspective, including development of public-company-grade financial reporting processes and controls; owning the build-out of FP&A systems and tooling, including integration with ERP platforms (NetSuite); and developing KPI frameworks and financial performance dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into business health.
Fluidstack operates with radical autonomy, insane urgency, first-principles reasoning, and a focus on building something that matters. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity and moves with urgency.

- Experience at a data center, infrastructure, AI/ML, or capital-intensive technology company
