Talkiatry is the largest dedicated psychiatry practice in the U.S., with 750+ psychiatrists and 250+ therapists delivering over two million patient visits nationwide. The company is transforming mental health care by making high-quality psychiatry more accessible while reducing clinician administrative burden and burnout.
As Senior Manager, Dyad Enablement, you will own the operating system that enables Clinical Operations (ClinOps) leaders and support staff to work efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions. Your central focus is creating capacity across ClinOps leadership so they can scale with the business and focus on high-value clinical and leadership work.
You will manage a team of support staff who handle clinician questions and escalations, and coordinate key operational processes that reduce clinician and ClinOps leadership burden. You will standardize and automate workflows, build analytics and tools to accelerate work, and make business impact visible. The ultimate goal is to tech-enable, productionalize, and enhance this scope with AI solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design end-to-end workflows, mapping day-to-day Clinical Operations processes with clear ownership, decision points, standard operating procedures, escalation paths, and SLAs
- Build analytics using SQL and business intelligence tools to create reliable reporting on workflow performance, resource allocation, turnaround times, recurring demand, and operational outcomes
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to reduce repetitive work, launch frontline AI agents, and improve data access to enable faster resolution with fewer manual handoffs
- Expand clinician self-service by using demand data to identify questions clinicians can resolve independently; build proactive education into onboarding and create reactive resources like FAQs and support agents
- Standardize dyad and coordinator operations by developing playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and decision rules that ensure consistent, efficient responses while maintaining clinician performance, quality, and satisfaction
This is a high-impact, top-priority area at Talkiatry. Every solution you implement will create efficiencies that reduce overhead while maintaining clinician experience.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Workflow architecture expertise: ability to map processes end-to-end, diagnose bottlenecks, and redesign around clear ownership, fewer handoffs, and consistent decision rules
- Hands-on automation and AI experience: demonstrated experience using automation, AI, or no-code/low-code tools to improve frontline operations; ability to prototype practical solutions and define requirements for deeper Product, Data, or Engineering investment
- Operating model design: knowledge of dividing work across leaders, coordinators, clinicians, and self-service channels; ability to create standard operating procedures, playbooks, service levels, and escalation paths that scale
- 4-6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, analytics, implementation, or related field; comfortable solving today's workflow problems while building scalable systems
PREFERRED:
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI agents used in frontline operations
