As Senior Manager, Clinical Collaboration, you will build and manage new clinical programs from initial concept through scaled operations. Your portfolio will include pilots with external partners, operations for new lines of business, and support for the Care Management team. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can bring structure to emerging work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build new programs from scratch, taking clinical programs from concept to launch, establishing workflows and operating rhythms, and using early results to determine what should change before expansion. Turn proven pilots into repeatable models for broader adoption.
- Own the operating infrastructure by designing end-to-end workflows with Clinical and Operations teams, documenting standard operating procedures and job aids, defining EMR workflows, and creating dashboards that make program performance, service levels, volume, and risks visible. Use practical automation and AI to streamline early operations.
- Launch and evaluate partnership pilots by working with internal teams and external partners to define scope, patient journey, responsibilities, handoffs, success measures, and launch plans. Monitor outcomes, identify performance drivers, and recommend whether to stop, adjust, or scale each partnership.
- Design seamless workflows using lightweight tools, automation, and AI to reduce manual work before dedicated product investment is available. Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations teams as programs mature.
- Strengthen Care Management operations by supporting the Senior Director in managing and improving the Care Management program, including defining scalable models for assessing case complexity, routing work, setting service levels, balancing capacity, and measuring impact.
Requirements:
- 4-6+ years in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation
- Builder-operator mindset with comfort running the nuts and bolts of a business, equally at home deep in workflows or zoomed out on systems
- Workflow and operating model expertise: ability to map patient and team journeys, define ownership and decision points, reduce handoffs, and design workflows that scale with volume and complexity. Proficiency in writing standard operating procedures and job aids.
- Analytical program manager skills: fluency with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets. Ability to define success measures before launch, monitor leading and lagging indicators, and use results to decide whether programs should stop, change, or scale.
- Cross-functional clinical partner capabilities: effective collaboration with clinical leaders, operations teams, technical partners, and external organizations. Ability to turn different perspectives into clear workflows and decisions while respecting clinical judgment and operational constraints.
Preferred (not required):
- Moderate SQL experience
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale
