Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into real-time 3D command and control centers. Anduril brings cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to military applications.
In this role, you will lead an electrical engineering team responsible for creating embedded compute solutions for vehicle management, digital signal processing (DSP), and networking applications. Your responsibilities include:
• Leading an electrical engineering team focused on digital design and embedded compute solutions
• Owning the complete PCB development lifecycle for host boards supporting FPGAs, SoCs, and SoMs—from requirements development through schematic capture, board layout, bring-up, testing, and integration
• Developing and improving workflows throughout the FPGA and HDL design cycle, including architecture definition, functional block specification, simulation, system testing, and HDL library standardization
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute a strategy for scaling compute solutions across Anduril
• Creating, maintaining, and communicating detailed product development schedules to ensure team awareness of tasks and deadlines
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical depth in hardware design with team management responsibilities. You will drive both the technical direction of advanced compute platforms and the operational execution of complex engineering programs in a defense technology environment.
