Salary: USD 80,000 - 98,000 / annual
Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency combining tech expertise, creative talent, and media/data specialists to drive client growth and innovation. We're seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to join our New York office on a hybrid basis, reporting to the Senior Integrated Production Director.
You will manage production workflows, timelines, and asset delivery for one of our fastest-growing accounts focused on entertainment and social brand campaigns. Working cross-functionally with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and Production teams, you'll own the briefing process, coordinate resource allocation, and ensure seamless delivery of video and design assets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and managing production schedules, resource allocation, and final asset distribution
- Leading cross-discipline teams and managing relationships with internal production teams, clients, and external partners (including offshore agencies)
- Balancing client requests with internal requirements while maintaining comprehensive project documentation
- Managing project budgets, monitoring scope changes, tracking Purchase Orders, and handling invoicing to ensure financial health

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a creative agency in production or project management roles
- Demonstrated experience with social media-focused and/or entertainment clients
- Proficiency with project management software and G Suite; Mac Suite knowledge a plus
- Proven ability to lead cross-discipline teams, manage client relationships, coordinate with production teams and external partners
- Strong client relationship-building skills with focus on adding business value
- Experience implementing process improvements and automation solutions
