As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful deployment of Zenoti's platform for high-priority and large customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Configuring Zenoti to align with customer business processes and requirements
• Designing and executing proof-of-concept and pilot programs for strategic accounts
• Managing end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) across legacy systems into Zenoti
• Identifying implementation risks and unknowns, developing and driving mitigation strategies
• Resolving customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Maintaining expertise in product features, business workflows, sales processes, and market dynamics
• Building deep knowledge of data migration tools, techniques, and legacy system architectures
• Documenting implementations thoroughly and adhering to organizational processes
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs and key performance metrics
• Coordinating cross-functional internal teams to meet customer needs while managing expectations
You will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects, serving as a technical bridge between customer requirements and platform capabilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Hands-on experience implementing software systems with proven expertise in data transformation, system validation, and migration tasks
• Deep proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of database systems preferred
• Ability to use tools and scripts to transform data for customer site setup
• Experience with data migrations and data mapping
• Ability to innovate and develop tools to enhance migration processes
• Knowledge of HTML/web design is a plus
• Capability to establish and execute quality checks ensuring data migration integrity from legacy systems
• Technology-centric background
