As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be a customer-facing technical expert responsible for driving successful implementations of Zenoti's platform. Your core responsibilities include:
• Working with customers to define requirements and guide adoption of Zenoti solutions to streamline operations and increase revenue
• Conducting product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews with customers
• Designing and setting up proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
• Configuring Zenoti to meet specific customer business scenarios
• Identifying implementation risks and developing mitigation strategies
• Addressing customer issues and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Staying current with product knowledge, business flows, sales processes, and market dynamics
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation and following organizational processes
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and key performance metrics
• Coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs while managing expectations
• Aligning working hours to overlap with customer timezones to build strong relationships
You will need deep subject matter expertise in the Zenoti product, technical understanding of integration points, and knowledge of enterprise scenarios. This role requires the ability to translate complex customer requirements into coherent product designs and viable solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3–8 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise products
• Strong software background with ability to master product functionality and configure solutions
• Proven track record as a fast learner of enterprise applications and cloud solutions
• Demonstrated success in large-scale enterprise implementations involving APIs, web services, data analysis, and data migrations
• Experience driving technical discussions and discovery workshops with customers
• Ability to map business requirements to product functionality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in requirements and solution documentation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work across remote teams in different timezones
• Strong presentation, demo, and training delivery skills
• Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel to customer locations on short notice
• Good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, and Basecamp
• Ability to learn quickly and operate in fast-paced, changing environments
• Nice-to-have: knowledge of HTML and JavaScript web design; experience in the wellness/spa industry
