Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform processing 18 billion ad opportunities daily and reaching over 2.2 billion unique users monthly. Following a major merger between Outbrain and Teads, the organization is expanding globally and seeking a Senior GRC Analyst to join the Global Governance, Risk & Compliance team based in Paris, reporting to the GRC Director.
This role operates at the intersection of technology, security, business, and governance with broad organizational visibility. You will work closely with stakeholders across technical leadership, internal audit, legal, security, and business teams, contributing to strategic discussions and helping translate complex regulatory challenges into practical, business-enabling solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
GRC Frameworks & Compliance: Support development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure alignment with applicable regulations and industry standards. Review existing processes to identify compliance gaps and recommend improvements. Support implementation of regulatory requirements across business and technical teams.
Risk Management & Assessments: Perform risk assessments covering internal processes, infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors. Evaluate security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with new tools, systems, and technologies. Identify control weaknesses, document findings, and work with stakeholders on mitigation. Track remediation plans through resolution.
Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits including SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, and SOC 1 frameworks. Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, documentation reviews, and control testing. Work closely with auditors and control owners to address requests and clarify requirements.
