Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform processing 18 billion ad opportunities daily with a monthly reach of 2.2 billion unique users. Following a major merger and global expansion, the company is strengthening its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) function. As a Senior GRC Analyst, you will join a dynamic GRC team operating across Israel and Paris, reporting to the GRC Director. This role sits at the intersection of technology, security, business, and governance, with broad visibility across the organization and meaningful influence on critical business and technology decisions. Key Responsibilities: GRC Frameworks & Compliance: Support development, implementation, and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure alignment with applicable regulations and industry standards. Review existing processes, identify compliance gaps, and recommend practical improvements. Support implementation of regulatory requirements across business and technical teams. Risk Management & Assessments: Perform risk assessments covering internal processes, infrastructure, applications, and third-party vendors. Assess security, privacy, and compliance risks associated with new tools, systems, and technologies. Identify control weaknesses, document findings, and work with stakeholders on mitigation. Track remediation plans through resolution. Audit & Compliance Support: Support internal and external audits including SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, and SOC 1 frameworks. Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, documentation reviews, and control testing. Work closely with auditors and control owners to address requests and clarify requirements. You will work closely with key stakeholders, technical leaders, internal auditors, Legal, Security, and business teams, contributing to strategic discussions and helping turn complex challenges into practical, business-enabling solutions. This is far more than a traditional compliance role—you'll be at the heart of how a global organization operates, connecting dots across teams and influencing decisions. Teads operates in 30+ countries with 1,700+ employees. The company values outcome over tenure, trusted autonomy, and uses predictive AI to amplify human ingenuity. The culture emphasizes high accountability while staying genuinely human. Requirements: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, specific certifications, or educational requirements. However, the role expects familiarity with GRC frameworks (SOX ITGC, ISO 27001/27017/27032, TISAX, SOC 1), risk assessment methodologies, audit processes, and the ability to work across technical and business teams in a complex, global organization.
