As a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be a core technical contributor within your squad, responsible for building reliable, scalable, and user-focused products while mentoring engineers around you. Your responsibilities include:
- Understanding and framing user and product problems, leveraging product knowledge to deliver pragmatic solutions
- Leading significant technical deliveries end-to-end: problem definition, design, implementation, testing, and production operation
- Investigating and resolving complex production issues using monitoring, observability, and data analysis tools
- Designing and evolving robust solutions with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability
- Bringing deep expertise in major parts of the stack (Ruby/React/TypeScript) while being able to ramp quickly on new initiatives
- Improving engineering practices across the organization through code reviews, pair programming, documentation, RFCs, and AI-assisted development
- Acting as a role model and knowledge-sharer, providing actionable feedback and helping teams improve technical skills
- Collaborating across teams to unblock technical topics and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders
- Contributing to the tech community through technical content, onboarding, interviews, and community-building activities
The role is fully remote within Europe (maximum 2-hour time difference from CET). REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-8+ years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React
- Strong product and business understanding combined with technical expertise
- Ability to solve complex problems and care deeply about users
- Collaborative team player with clear communication skills
- Ownership mindset for delivering reliable, pragmatic solutions
- Ability to handle complex domain problems (European accounting)
