Salary: USD 154,445 - 185,334 / annual
Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join the Grafana Data Source Plugins squad. In this role, you will take a leading position in developing and enhancing a diverse portfolio of data source plugins that power Grafana dashboards used by teams worldwide. The team focuses on continuously improving data source plugins—including Prometheus, Loki, Infinity, MySQL, PostgreSQL, AWS CloudWatch, and ClickHouse—ensuring seamless experience for both human and agent users.
A typical day includes building or improving Grafana plugins to integrate third-party services and databases, supporting operations and reliability of plugins in Grafana Cloud, suggesting process improvements, integrating data sources with agentic workflows such as Grafana Assistant, providing technical support for customer escalations, and collaborating closely with the broader Grafana Division.
You will be expected to transform ideas into working code, design solutions, gather feedback, and deliver large projects. You are a self-driven individual who understands feedback loops and their role in roadmap decisions. You have a bias toward action, are customer-focused, and passionate about creating intuitive products that meet user needs. You are an excellent communicator who thrives in collaboration and is comfortable working in a remote-first environment.

**Requirements:**
- Solid experience with Golang and TypeScript
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices
- Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
- Experience participating in an on-call rotation and performing operations/SRE tasks
**Bonus Points:**
- Prior experience as a Grafana and Grafana Data Sources user
- Expertise in one of the underlying databases supported
- Strong experience working with Product Managers or external stakeholders
