DocPlanner (formerly DoktorTakvimi) is a healthcare platform operating in 13 countries, serving 90+ million patients and 300k+ specialists. The company provides practice management systems, EHR, telehealth, and AI clinical assistance tools for doctors. You will join the Practice Adoption team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer based in Turkey, working 100% remotely. In this role, you will own features end-to-end—from doctor-facing interfaces to integrations with Turkish national health systems (e-Nabız, ÇKYS, T.C. Kimlik No. validation, SBYS). You will translate regulatory requirements into product decisions, working closely with the local regulatory and compliance team to prepare for Ministry audits. You will design secure, auditable systems with proper authentication, access control, audit logging, encryption, and data residency. Key responsibilities include: - Building USBS certification features across frontend and backend - Turning regulatory requirements into product decisions; questioning scope and proposing simple compliant solutions validated with doctors - Integrating with Turkish national health systems - Designing secure, auditable systems (authentication, 2FA, access control, audit logs, encryption, data residency) - Serving as the team's technical reference on Turkish health regulation - Supporting Ministry audits alongside the local team - Collaborating with product, design, and engineers across Spain and LATAM; shipping small, measuring impact, iterating - Tracking adoption and impact of shipped features - Contributing to code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and documentation The team operates with a product-engineering mindset: you understand the why, challenge over-engineering, track impact after shipping, and own delivery end-to-end with AI tools as the default. You will have a strong local network (regulatory, compliance, country leadership) and a global engineering team behind you. REQUIREMENTS: Must have: - 5+ years building production web applications as a fullstack engineer - Product mindset: owned features from problem to outcome, talked to users, pushed back on scope when simpler solutions sufficed - Strong backend fundamentals: API design, relational databases, integrations with third-party and government systems - Solid frontend experience with a modern framework - Experience with security-sensitive systems: authentication, 2FA, access control, audit logs, encryption - Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred), CI/CD, and containers - Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) with ownership of every line shipped - Professional English (B2+) and native Turkish Strong plus: - Experience with Turkish Ministry of Health compliance frameworks, specifically USBS (Uzaktan Sağlık Bilgi Sistemi) and MBYS/HBYS certification processes - Integrations with e-Nabız, ÇKYS, or other Ministry systems - Healthtech, EHR, or telehealth background (WebRTC, video, messaging) - Knowledge of KVKK (Turkish personal data protection law)
