You'll join a small, highly collaborative team as a Senior Fullstack Engineer leading B2B efforts for StashWorks, an emerging distribution channel connecting employees of partner companies with Stash products and benefits. You'll own projects across the full platform lifecycle: partner onboarding, employee eligibility and enrollment, identity and authentication, third-party integrations, lifecycle communications, and operational tools supporting employer partners.
Key responsibilities include acting as an "Agent Conductor" to architect, design, and rapidly implement services by leveraging AI coding assistants. You'll own end-to-end software delivery from inception to production, including instrumentation, testing, profiling, and code review. You'll continuously deploy to cloud-based infrastructure and scale software systems for a rapidly growing user base. You'll work effectively across product, operations, marketing, and partner-facing teams, balancing shipping velocity with building scalable systems.
The role is based in New York with a hybrid work policy that prioritizes in-office time for teamwork and innovation while allowing work-from-home flexibility.
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of professional software development experience
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) as a core part of daily workflows, with commitment to continuously developing AI expertise
- Thrives in ambiguous, early-stage environments
- Comfortable moving across services and codebases
- Pragmatic, maintainable Go programming skills
- Experience designing APIs and integrating external systems
- Understanding of production operations, observability, security, and reliability
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Gold stars:
- Experience building applications at scale
- Familiarity with Consul, multi-region systems, or multi-cloud design
