airSlate is a global SaaS company providing no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The SignNow team (100+ people) is building an award-winning signature solution used by 28 million people worldwide.
In this role, you will deliver product features using AI coding agents as your primary implementation loop. You'll write detailed specs and context-rich tasks that include architecture, team standards, existing patterns, and acceptance criteria, then iterate with agent output until it meets quality standards. You'll review and verify agent-generated code with the same rigor applied to colleague reviews, catching subtle errors before production.
You own features end-to-end: clarifying requirements, understanding problems, ensuring quality and test coverage, shipping to production, and monitoring behavior and performance post-release. You'll also improve how the team works with agents by developing shared context, rules, prompts, and guardrails that elevate everyone's output. Code and documentation reviews are part of your responsibility to maintain consistency and share knowledge. You'll participate in on-call duty rotations for production monitoring and incident response, and grow technically within a team that values clean architecture and high delivery standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building production software with AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or similar), including context setup, work decomposition for agents, and validation of output
- Practical commercial experience with PHP, Node.js, or Golang
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
- Solid SQL and relational database experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Docker for development and deployment
- Practical experience with testing methodologies and opinions on sufficient coverage
- At least basic knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, AWS, and cloud-native solutions
- Ability to write technical documentation using C4 model and ADRs
- Strong task decomposition and prioritization skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
