Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 / annual
Gaiia is building an operating system for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) that manages billing, operations, automation, and customer management. The company is fully remote and offers competitive pay, stock options, and transparent compensation.
You will join the CRM squad, a team of 3 other full-stack developers (including a team lead), a product manager, QA specialist, and product designer. This team owns core modules including Customer Management, Property Management, and Ticketing Management.
The technical environment is a serverless microservices ecosystem deployed on cloud infrastructure, with Typescript used across frontend, backend, and infrastructure-as-code. You will have the opportunity to:
- Build delightful user interfaces in collaboration with talented designers that empower users daily
- Architect, develop, and own critical gaiia systems
- Collaborate with experienced full-stack developers
- Work on a pivotal team involved in all aspects of the gaiia product
Recent project examples include: business operations systems for managing large client accounts and service delivery; contract management and automation enabling ISPs to generate, send, sign, and renew contracts at scale via workflows and APIs; and a template-driven notifications engine for custom messaging.

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 10 years of experience in Software Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience in Typescript
- Experience with React library
- Experience in DevOps and Cloud providers
- Experience with Node.js
NICE-TO-HAVES:
- GraphQL experience
- Interest or expertise in functional programming
- Knowledge of telecom concepts
- Experience working on a System of Record
- Several personal projects exhibiting good coding skills
- Strong capacity to adapt and commitment to continuous learning
