As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the Dashboard team, you will work with a small, talented group of software engineers to craft delightful, intuitive user-facing experiences. You'll contribute across the full stack, from browser-based frontends to backend systems, while collaborating with internal partners to shape a unified experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Shipping high-quality, meticulously crafted code for both frontend and backend
- Collaborating and growing with engineering colleagues through pairing, architectural design, documentation, and technical talks
- Identifying and removing roadblocks to increase team velocity
- Building resilient, mission-critical systems
- Adopting new technologies to improve performance and reliability
- Taking complex requirements and translating them into clear explanations for diverse audiences

**Requirements:**
- Experience shipping products with large numbers of stakeholders
- Hands-on proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Python
- Strong experience with complex SQL queries
- Excellent communication skills and belief in documentation as a tool for feedback and technical discussion
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate
- Excitement about AI and motivation to scale a company
