Salary: USD 130,000 - 280,000 / annual

You will join the Web Platform team as a Senior Frontend Engineer, serving as architect and force multiplier across 8+ product teams. This is a high-impact role focused on modernizing a massive codebase and pioneering AI enablement across web engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Execute and scale microfrontend architecture transition across a complex codebase for modularity, scalability, and maintainability
- Support, collaborate with, and mentor engineers across 8+ product teams, providing platform tools and infrastructure
- Champion AI adoption and integration to accelerate development and enhance web engineering capabilities
- Evaluate and design architecture using next-generation web technologies and frameworks
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve developer velocity
- Establish and enforce rigorous automated testing standards and quality assurance practices
- Develop shared core utilities, infrastructure libraries, and architectural patterns; collaborate with Design System team
This role combines individual technical excellence with platform-wide impact, requiring someone who can think architecturally while mentoring and enabling other engineers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of relevant industry experience in front-end or platform web development
- Expertise with modern web technologies: React, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite, etc.
- Proven track record building complex single-page applications (SPAs) with hands-on experience designing or implementing microfrontend architectures
- Infrastructure knowledge: experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.)
- Strong background in establishing robust automated testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and driving code quality
- Forward-thinking mindset with experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development and integrating AI into engineering workflows
- Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field of study
