The Growth Engineering team is developing an AI-native platform that powers customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion. This role focuses on building scalable frontend experiences and platforms that drive measurable business outcomes.
As a Senior Frontend Engineer on the Growth team, you will:
- Design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms, including customer-facing acquisition and conversion journeys, AI-powered internal tools, landing pages, growth funnels, and campaign management platforms using React and TypeScript.
- Develop AI-native user experiences with intuitive interfaces and workflows that help teams leverage AI-powered insights, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
- Own end-to-end technical delivery, independently designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and optimizing complex frontend applications and components.
- Drive performance and experimentation through web performance optimization, SEO, accessibility improvements, and conversion optimization using experimentation, feature flagging, and data-driven iteration.
- Solve ambiguous business problems by partnering with Product, Design, Marketing, Data Science, and Backend Engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions.
- Elevate frontend engineering quality through thoughtful architecture, reusable component systems, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring other engineers.
The team is building both human + AI and autonomous operating models: AI-native tools that increase the leverage of growth teams, alongside agentic workflows that can research opportunities, launch and optimize campaigns, orchestrate customer journeys, and measure outcomes. The challenge combines consumer-technology speed with the precision, trust, and regulatory complexity of global B2B finance.
You'll work from the Seattle office three days per week.
