You will join the Group FP&A team as a Senior FP&A Analyst, supporting a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional from fintech, payments, or startup backgrounds.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting cycles with business unit stakeholders
- Prepare monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and commentary for senior leadership
- Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support business planning and decision-making
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes using AI tools
- Support Oracle EPM rollout and ongoing use for budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Partner with SQL/BI tools to extract, analyze, and present financial and operational data
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and commercial teams
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and business cases for strategic initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial reporting outputs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and controls
- Prepare commentary and presentation materials for quarterly board reporting

Requirements:
- Previous experience in FP&A or financial analysis role, ideally within fintech, payments, or startup/fast-moving environment
- Proven experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, financial modelling, pivot tables)
- SQL and/or reporting automation experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Oracle EPM or similar EPM/planning system is a strong plus
- Comfortable using AI tools to support financial analysis and reporting
- Accounting qualification such as ACCA or equivalent Saudi-recognized qualification (e.g., SOCPA) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build positive working relationships
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to drive improvements to reporting and processes
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus)
- Saudi National (role designated for Saudization)
