Backed by KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North, the company is scaling its FP&A function at an inflection point. As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will report to the Director of FP&A and serve as a bridge between financial insight and commercial execution. You'll partner with business leaders across GTM, Operations, and Product to translate Paddle's transaction-based business model into strategic recommendations that drive profitable growth and investment efficiency. Key responsibilities include: **Commercial Finance & Business Partnering**: Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders on resource allocation, commercial strategy, and investment optimization. Drive insights from key metrics (GMV, take rate, CAC, LTV, NRR, churn) into actionable recommendations. Support business case development for pricing strategy, market/product expansion, and new launches. Partner with the Director of FP&A and VP of Finance on board-level reporting. **Forecasting & Analysis**: Evolve Paddle's planning models to connect financial targets with operational execution. Build management reporting and dashboards that translate complex insights into decision-oriented outputs. Develop deep expertise in the transaction-based revenue model across customer segments, geographies, and products. Identify opportunities to optimize unit economics and capital efficiency. **Team Development**: Contribute fresh perspectives to the KPI framework and build commercial fluency across the team. Foster a high-performing FP&A culture emphasizing clarity, ownership, and collaboration. Champion data-driven decision-making in cross-functional projects. Paddle offers a digital-first, remote-friendly culture with unlimited holidays, 4 months paid family leave, annual learning funds, and exposure to diverse challenges in a fast-scaling fintech environment. **Requirements**: You should be commercially astute and strategically minded, able to connect financial data to business outcomes and influence commercial strategy. Demonstrate exceptional business partnering skills with established stakeholder management and ability to translate complex financial concepts into compelling narratives for non-finance audiences. Be technically strong in FP&A fundamentals including financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning, ideally with experience in SaaS, payments, or transaction-based business models. Thrive in fast-paced scale-up environments with comfort navigating complexity, data quality challenges, and evolving tooling (including Pigment re-implementation). Show detail orientation and strong executive presence, balancing precision with ability to present confidently to C-level stakeholders. Demonstrate consistent follow-through and commitment to building long-term trust. Experience mentoring others and building team capability is valued.
