You'll join the infrastructure team as a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer, responsible for designing and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available systems supporting mission-critical financial applications.
In this role, you will architect and implement infrastructure across AWS and on-premise environments, leading containerization and orchestration strategy using Docker and Kubernetes. You'll design complex networking solutions including VPCs, subnets, routing, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, PrivateLinks, Direct Connect, and hybrid cloud connectivity. You'll build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and deployment, develop infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Terragrunt for multi-region deployments, and implement comprehensive monitoring and observability across all infrastructure components.
You'll mentor junior DevOps engineers, collaborate across development, security, and data teams to ensure smooth production releases, and drive DevOps initiatives by connecting technical, business, and operational perspectives. This is a strategic role requiring deep expertise across multiple domains—infrastructure, development, security, and operations—to design cohesive, scalable solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong hands-on expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, networking services)
- Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (EKS or equivalent) for containerized applications
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing) in cloud and on-prem environments
- Proven experience designing and implementing DevOps strategies and infrastructure roadmaps
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or equivalent) for automation
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Knowledge of security best practices and fintech compliance standards
