As Senior DevOps Engineer, you will own voize's platform and infrastructure spanning cloud, edge, and on-premises systems. You will ensure reliability, security, and compliance across production environments serving hospitals, care facilities, and mobile devices.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and operate Kubernetes clusters in production (AWS EKS, bare-metal K3s for ML training, on-premises K3s appliances) using GitOps (FluxCD) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Manage lifecycle of on-premises gateway appliances deployed at customer sites, including VM image builds, TLS certificate automation, and staged rollouts via GitOps
- Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability infrastructure (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry) across cloud and edge environments
- Drive compliance automation including security hardening, access controls, audit logging, and encrypted secrets management (SOPS/KMS)
- Support and scale ML training and data processing infrastructure, including GPU cluster management, training job orchestration, and data pipeline reliability
- Lead incident response: detection, triage, resolution, and post-incident reviews
- Participate in on-call rotation

Requirements:
- Excellent production Kubernetes experience
- Experience with GitOps workflows and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with monitoring and observability stacks
- Deep understanding of encryption, access controls, and secrets management
- Solid CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance experience
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations
