In this Senior DevOps Engineer role, you will be responsible for supporting and scaling Tripledot's cloud infrastructure to support high-load, high-volume gaming operations. You will work with Kubernetes and AWS at scale, managing containerized services including Airflow, AI tools, and MCP servers. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and GitHub infrastructure, managing AWS resources across multiple accounts with IAM roles and policies, implementing secrets management, and partnering with engineering and analytics teams to productionize work and ensure reliable operation at scale. You will help shape infrastructure approaches for demanding workloads and contribute to the reliability and performance of systems serving millions of users.
The role is hybrid based in Warsaw, with 20 days of remote working flexibility per year to work from anywhere globally, plus 25 days paid holiday. **Requirements:**
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS in production environments
- Experience supporting services and deployment pipelines in production
- Experience with infrastructure in high-load or high-volume B2C environments or similarly demanding settings
- Plus: experience managing distributed infrastructure across multiple cloud accounts
- Valuable: familiarity with Airflow, GitHub, CI/CD, and secrets management
